These were so easy, really quick and super yummy. First, wash & trim the strawberries, and roughly cut into chunks to fit your mould.
Then dollop over some yoghurt, trying to get as much between the strawberry chunks as possible.

Then cover with clingwrap, and pop in the freezer for a couple of hours. Pop them out of the mould, and trim the edges with a pairing knife, and you're done!

Mr Banya asked for them with cream next time, and is so keen that he has already gone out and bought some! He doesn't get excited over desserts very often, so I'm taking this as a sign that these are a winner. :)
